Clinic intelligence platform

Joins up a clinic's clinical, finance and people systems to show what happened, why, and what to do next.

The question

A clinic runs on many systems that never talk to each other. Bookings in one, money in another, staff rotas in a third. The founder asks a simple question: where are we growing, where are we leaking, and what should we do about it? Nobody can answer it from one screen.

What I built

A platform that connects a clinic's clinical, finance and people systems and links the same real-world things across them, so a patient, a clinician or an appointment means the same thing everywhere. It is built for the founder's view, not the front desk.

How it works

  1. It connects to the clinic's internal workflow systems.
  2. It links the same patients, staff and services across them.
  3. It answers four questions: what happened, why, what is likely next, and what to do about it.
  4. The "what to do" becomes tasks the team can pick up, through Clinic-intel.

Example owner view. Sample data: every number here is made up.

What happened

We first used it with a physio and longevity clinic group. It brought their workflow systems into one view and showed where the opportunities were. We turned those into tasks and followed them through to conversion.

Staff and clinician utilisation went up. Risks were identified and mitigation plans are in place. The founder now has far more control of the clinic.

We are now planning the next version for an aesthetic clinic group, focused on how staff time is used, where opportunity is being lost, and the new risks that come from how clinics use AI-enabled systems.

What I learned

When a founder can see the whole clinic in one place, they stop reacting and start steering.
