What it is

The methodology we use at 10QBIT. It sets the standards every engineer follows, the AI governance rules every product must meet, the templates every project starts from, and the Claude Code setup that applies all of it consistently across the team.

Where it stands

In use now, and open source. It is also a living process. AI is changing fast, so we keep updating and upgrading it as we learn.

What I learned

A methodology for AI can't stay fixed. It has to change as often as the tools do.
